Cancellation Policy:
At Lash Luxe, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the full payment and no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to respect our time and to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. By booking an appointment with Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Payment Requirement:
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of all appointments at Lash Luxe. If full payment has not been received before the scheduled appointment time, Lash Luxe reserves the right to cancel or refuse the appointment, and the booking may be forfeited. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and fairness to all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to complete full payment in advance to secure your appointment time.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be required to have their appointment cancelled. In such cases, the appointment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. This policy is necessary to ensure the quality of our services and to avoid disruptions to subsequent appointments. By booking with Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this late arrival policy.
Service Concerns:
Any concerns or issues regarding services provided by Lash Luxe must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. We are happy to assess and, where appropriate, resolve the issue within this time frame. Concerns raised after 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for adjustments, corrections, or complimentary services, and any further appointments will require full payment. By receiving services from Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Booking & Payment Policy:
All appointments at Lash Luxe must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed or held without full payment, and Lash Luxe reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been successfully completed. By booking an appointment with Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
No Refund Policy:
All payments made to Lash Luxe are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with services, except where Lash Luxe is unable to provide the service. By booking an appointment with Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Refusal of Service:
Lash Luxe reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, late arrival, failure to comply with policies, undisclosed medical conditions or allergies, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or situations where providing the service may compromise health, safety, or service quality. In such cases, payments may be forfeited in accordance with our policies. By booking an appointment with Lash Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this right of refusal.
Health & Safety Disclosure:
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or use of medications that may affect or be affected by lash services prior to their appointment. Lash Luxe is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or unknown conditions. By booking and receiving services, clients confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete and acknowledge that services are undertaken at their own risk.
Client Responsibility & Aftercare:
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Lash Luxe to maintain the quality and longevity of their lash services. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in reduced results, damage, or premature lash loss, for which Lash Luxe cannot be held liable. By receiving services, clients acknowledge their responsibility to properly care for their lashes and accept that results may vary based on individual factors and adherence to aftercare instructions.
